Ideaffect.com lets you create a "feedback community" so customers can post suggestions or give feedback about your product or service. And now you can use it with Highrise; When one of your Highrise contacts posts an idea to your community, it's appended to that contact inside Highrise as a note.

Bidsketch is an application that lets designers create, track, customize, and design proposals. And it now integrates with Highrise.
I’m super excited to be able to announce that Bidsketch tightly integrates with Highrise now. We’re not just talking simple importing of your contacts. Nope. While it does that too, you’ll actually be able to convert your Highrise deals into Bidsketch proposals. Notes will be posted and statuses will be changed.

Are My Sites Up White Label, a website monitoring service, now syncs with Basecamp and Highrise
Website monitoring service Are My Sites Up also offers AMSU White-Label which lets you resell the service to others and manage it all from a "lovingly crafted" web interface. Now, the white label service syncs with Basecamp and Highrise too.
One of the main reasons that we built Are My Sites Up White Label was for web development companies who have clients whose websites they’d like to monitor. Millions of people, (including lots of web development companies) are Basecamp and/or Highrise users. We’ve just made it super simple to import your clients and their website addresses from either, or both of them, so you don’t have to re-enter all of their information into AMSUWL.

SnapEngage lets you store live chat conversations with customers in Highrise and Basecamp
SnapEngage is a proactive live chat tool that lets you engage customers (i.e. any visitor on your site can request help via chat using SnapEngage). Plus, it integrates with Highrise. All your live chat and offline conversations are stored directly in Highrise, so you can easily track who you are talking to and what was said.
When you are online, SnapEngage lets you chat with your website visitors and retrieves detailed contact information from Highrise, so you always know who you are talking to. Live chat transcripts are automatically sent to Highrise, keeping all conversations history in one place.Offline, SnapEngage captures customer requests and forward them to you by email and into Highrise along with detailed debug information such as user location, operating system, browser, plugins and even a screen capture of the problem.
Above: Highrise live chat transcript note created by SnapEngage.

SaveYourCall.com lets you record phone calls and add them to Highrise
SaveYourCall.com is a call recording service that works with any touch-tone phone (no hardware required) and integrates with Highrise. Below, Eric Anderson of SYC answers a couple of questions about the service:
How does Save Your Call integrate with Highrise?
A user records a call with our service. If Highrise integration is enabled and if the contact they are calling is already in their Highrise account we attach that recording as a note to the contact with some call meta data (call time, duration, called from, etc.).
What problem is this trying to solve?
Although Highrise is great for keeping notes and emails, if you want to track what was said during a telephone conversation you are forced to make text notes while trying to carry on an intelligent conversation.
Our integration solves this problem by recording the entire conversation for you as an audio file. You can go back and listen at any time and no details are missed. You can fully engage in a conversation since you do not have to worry about writing down the details.
Since the recording is automatically copied to Highrise after the phone call is done it is easy to find at a later time and requires no effort for the user. It is also easy for other people in your organization to access if they need to hear the details (i.e. now the developers will be able to know exactly what the sales guy promised!).
