We're constantly adding support for more mobile phone providers to Backpack's SMS messaging. So if you're a Backpack users who's mobile phone provider isn't supported, let us know about it. We've created a forum thread for provider requests. We need the provider name and the email address that the company uses to accept SMS emails. We'll get them added as time permits.
